We have not built a customer login, because a Sri Lanka trip is one long conversation with a consultant rather than a dashboard. Everything you would want from an account is on this page.

- Your enquiry
- Name, email, phone, the dates you gave us and what you asked for. Kept while the trip is live and for six years afterwards, because that is what the tax rules require.
- Your itineraries
- Every draft and revision, against a reference. This is what lets a consultant pick up where the last conversation stopped.
- Your booking
- Dates, travellers, the total and what has been paid. Payment card details are never on our servers — PayHere holds those, and we only see the result.
- Nothing else
- We do not buy data about you, we do not sell yours, and we do not use it to advertise to you anywhere.
